Yes, that's one of the gun dealers who allegedly sold DM a gun used to kill his father. He's pointing the gun to his eye and holding money in his other hand. He's on the no contact list for both.

All three names appear on a newly filed list of people Millard and Smich have been ordered by the court not to have any contact with.
