Interesting and amazing they were able to still recover the tattoos from her fingers as according to Namus the body was ''Decomposed remains', Not recognizable - Near complete or complete skeleton'. She might have had lots more.

Sadly no PMI...not even a brought one.

Are there any rule outs?

When I hear Baltimore, Maryland I always think of Judith O'Donnell. Missing: O'Donnell, Judith E.
Not very likely it's her.

Is the tank top something like this? Is it smooth around the neck or is it with lace f.i.

Two of the biggest women's brands at Wal-Mart are Faded Glory and No Boundaries, a junior label, which the company started about seven years ago, said Barbara Bakalic, the brand's manager at Wal-Mart headquarters in Bentonville, Ark. It's this label that I now look for on my weekly scavenger hunts through Wal-Mart.27 aug 2002

This would mean the brand was already on the market in 1995 and up.

A body in late stages of decomposition was found in a wooded area near the Stadium School in Baltimore. SkyTeam 11 video showed police investigating the discovery around 2 p.m. Tuesday. An autopsy will determine how the person died. An investigation continues.

There is a lot more media reporting this, but they have all basically the same info. I couldn't find an update about f.i. the cause of death.

Guess they could see the tats but no finger prints?

Just want to add that a quaver is called a quarter note in the US. I would be curious to know what they mean by a beam note. That could be so many different things (partial tattoo? 16th note? 8th notes? )

I haven't found reports in my search so far of anyone missing with music tattoos, so that clarification wouldn't help me so far.
