BTW, isn't this the same reporter that left a message on Raven's blog right after Janet was murdered?
 
The name is very familiar to me, and I believe that is one and the same.
 
After waiting these last few months for just one little tidbit on this case, isn't it interesting that within 48 hours we have TWO major stories breaking.

Emails and pregnancy ... Again, I think LE is sending a message to someone!

North Carolina, I have learned, is a death penalty state. I don't know what the requirements are to seek the death penalty. I always thought that it was up to the prosecutor's office whether or not to ask for the DP if the charge is going to be murder in the first degree. As far as there being an unborn child involved, I don't know if or how that might change things.
 
Yes, which could be considered a Capital case if the Murderer knew that Janet was pregnant.

Truly interesting GM. For months, LE has been so "tightlipped," (a word I've come to detest actually! LOL). And now in a period of two days, two major stories come out...

If it's a message, then it should be being heard loud and clear at this point...to anyone with any interest in this case, etc.!!

Makes me wonder - will each day now bring more news???????

Emails & Pregnancy, I am really wondering what is next, what is going to be out there tomorrow? Resolution to this case would be a godsend!
 
I don't know what the general "rule" is but with my local media, once the stories start coming hard & fast like this, an arrest is usually not far behind.
 
Was it bad or good things come in threes?

I have a feeling that it's not over yet.
 
IF Raven knew Janet was pregnant -

it will certainly be interesting to know WHEN he found out, and, how he reacted to the news!
 
I'm just blown away......and once again the stats: the leading cause of death for a pregnant woman is homicide....

I think this might be the leak in the dike after all. And sticking his finger in won't save a certain blonde guy we all know and loathe.

:eek: OH MY! I've been away for awhile but this is some interesting news....it seems to be stirring up more attention in this forum as well. I've been a little out of the loop and I apologize for "disappearing" there for awhile. I've been so busy~!


Can anyone fill me in on the latest details other than the pregnancy? I'm having such a hard time catching up!!!! Please PM me if you can give me a brief synopsis of anything new in the last two months....

Ugh, this news is really distressing....those of us who followed this in the beginning didn't think of this did we??

I will check out the info about the computer activity....thank you again for letting me know. I'd like to get back to sleuthing on this case but it's been SO hard to get caught up with all of you awesome posters!!
