4-H Leader, Second Man Charged In Assault On Teen


Two men, including one who was a 4-H leader and business owner, are in jail on sexual misconduct charges involving an alleged assault on a teenage boy, police said. Robert Stumpmier, 50, owner of Power Play Music and founder of a 4-H club that teaches kids about the music industry, was charged with three counts of accosting a child for immoral purposes.

A former 4- H leader from South Rockwood who already has been charged with having immoral relations with teen*aged boys faces two more felo*nies related to child pornog*raphy. #Robert E. Stumpmier, 50, of 3770 C a r l e t o n -Rockwood Rd., was arraigned this week on one count each of child sexual abuse activity and us*ing a computer to commit a crime. Each charge carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison.
