Steven Kelsey is jailed without bond on one count of first-degree murder and one count of felony murder in the New Year's Eve attack on his 17-year-old sister, Jesika, Oakland County Sheriff's officials said. Kelsey, in a confession read in court Saturday morning, allegedly told authorities that after stabbing Jesika in the neck, he stabbed his sister at least once in an eye -- in an attempt to jab into her brain. Kelsey stood mute and a plea of not guilty was entered on his behalf. He also confessed to raping his sister, sheriff's officials said, but was not charged with sexual assault.
