We contacted several tattoo artist concerning info on these tattoos. We got one response so far from an email this is what he wrote back
These were home made tattoos, not done in a studio. They are so poor in quality that they probably were done by a young person in a home. Not even jail house quality. If you find other people in the neighborhood with similar quality tattoos they were probably done by the same person. Usually tattoos like this are done in groups so if you find one person with the same type, odds are all of his friends and their friends have been to the same artist at the same place. Hope that helps...

    THANK YOU

Seeking anyone who may recognize these. Please look.
    Thanks

Robert Clayton Pruett has now been recovered in TX. They're seeking info about his suspicious death.
Kevin Lee Griebel is described as a bit larger and older than the estimates Namus gives for the UID, at 36 years, 78 to 80 inches, and 230 pounds.
Michael John Hodge is older as well (39 at the time of disappearance) and does not appear Hispanic (but it's Probably Hispanic which leaves some wiggle room) . His height and weight are reasonably close considering the difficulties estimating the stats on the basis of partial remains.

Desi tattoo. This appears the least skillfully done of the tatts.

Could this be the deceased's name or nickname?
Could it be the name or nickname of a loved one?
Could it indicate he is proud of being of South Asian descent? Some South Asians are paler than others, and especially if the face is not seen could be mistaken for Hispanic or an olive skinned white person.

    Anything else it could be?

The police flyer in the OP and his Namus entry say he was found in Callaway county, not Moniteau.
