I didn't realize it had been moved to the Supreme Court. I think according to your notes they are just supposed to assign a judge.

Here's from my notes - Cole County#18AC-CR02829-01 transferred to Missouri Supreme Court # 21AC-CR01733
and
11/22/21: Order for Change of Judge. Supreme Court Order assigning Judge William Hickle to the case. The Court sustains the State's motion for change of judge. All circuit judges having either recused or been disqualified, the Supreme Court is requested to appoint a judge to hear this cause.

and you are correct - waiting for a judge - but it looks like it was assigned to Hickle. ???
 
I do have these dates written down - starting with 5/3/22, 9/13, jury selection 9/15 & trial on 9/19/22. May seems so far away for the next hearing....

2/4/22 Update: Attorneys for Givens asked a judge Friday to consider releasing her, noting she had followed all orders when she previously was released from prison. No ruling made so far. Next hearing on 3/16/22.
