A Franklin County woman’s car and her dog were found abandoned Friday morning in a park, authorities said.

Authorities searched for about 13 hours, but could not locate Deborah Marsch, whose Pontiac Solstice and collie were found by park department employees around 7:30 a.m. at Autumn Hill Park.

Debora's body was found on Sun eve. A 45 yr old man from Union Mo. by the name of Timothy Shults was arrested. He confessed to Le after being questioned about another case and led them to where he had left her body in the woods. He said that she was in the wrong place at the wrong time and he was angry. He did not even know the lady!
