Circumstances of Disappearance:
Cerney was last seen at approximately 8:50 a.m. on June 9, 2000 in Rolla, MO. He has never been heard from again. An extensive search of the area produced no evidence as to his whereabouts. There were several unconfirmed sightings of Cerney in Springfield, MO but authorities were unable to verify that he was in the area. Cerney required daily medication for Parkinson's disease and he only had a two-day supply on him at the time he went missing. Few details are available regarding his disappearance.
