GUILTY MO - Jacque Rawson Waller, 39, Jackson, 31 May 2011

It is sickening that a woman, scared for her life, seemingly can do nothing about it until it is too late. But I do wish she had not gone to his home by herself, if she feared he would kill her...(NOT blaming her, before anyone lectures me.)

I may be wrong, but I don't think Jacque was scared for her life. I think she was concerned by his statements, as she repeated them to her family. But I get the sense she thought she could handle him, maybe did not think he would act on those threats.

Curious if the husband was seeking/wanted custody of the kids in the upcoming divorce - I ask because I found in all the cases (limited to ones I've seen) of where a wife goes missing and the husband is the one who did it - the husband wanted custody or was fighting for custody. It's a red-flag (husband insisting on custody) that I don't understand...

I have not seen the family mention whether he was seeking custody, good point to raise. Jacque's sister went to court and has custody of the kids for now. I think I read the next hearing is in July and deals with the Father being given visitation.

This is such a tough position for Jacque's family. Imagine having to allow the person who you beleive murdered your daughter/sister, access to her children. I don't know I could even bear to come within feet of him, let alone hand them over for visitation.

Interesting that she is an employee of BCBS. The husband of Gail Nowacki is an employee of BCBS as well, although from a different state. I am not sure if TN + MO are under the same ownership, but regardless, the brand is taking a bit of a hit.

I just heard about this case from a co-worker in MO. We both work for BCBS. TN & MO are not affiliated. I have been recently following the case of missing student Lauren Spierer from Bloomington, IN. Now I will be praying that both these women are found. :(

Nothing new to report, LE is still receiving tips and following leads.

If CW had even a glimmer of decency in his black soul, he would end the suffering Jacque's family is enduring. Her Father blames himself for not protecting his little girl, the children are asking for their Mommy.

God bless this family, for eventually they will have to tell those little ones the truth.

New leads, missing details in Waller case

JACKSON, MO (KFVS) - Jackson's police chief says his department is now taking the lead in the Jacque Waller case.

James Humphreys says they're moving forward without any new information from the last person to see the missing mother of three.

"We're trying to fill in the blanks without his help, basically," Humphreys said late Monday morning, referring to Waller's estranged husband Clay.

Humphreys says police have not spoken to Clay Waller since June 7, the same day Waller set up an interview with Heartland News to, he said, share his side of the story. Waller did not show up for that interview.

Investigators are still working with Waller's original account, that he and Jacque got into a fight around 4 p.m. on June 1 and she left on foot from a home on Woodland Drive in Jackson.

I keep searching for new news. I have twins that are the same age as Jacques triplets and this story is breaking my heart.

Lord, please comfort those children and give her family the strength they need.

Does this mean the boat trailer is missing ?
Snipped.....................................................................................................

Investigators are also looking for information on where and when the public may have seen a red GMC Sierra pickup belonging to Jacque Waller's estranged husband Clay Waller and a fishing boat that at one time may have been on a black trailer attached to the truck. The squad seized and searched the truck and boat last week.
