Wasn’t aware the 8th kid was with another woman. Presumably, an additional child support payment outside of the $19k to ex wife. His personal life is starting to look a lot messier.

And so the RV was situated in the parking lot of the hospital where he would be on duty - he would go there just to rest, catch rest where he could, because he would sometimes work, you know, 9, 10, 12 hours in a row.
