Michael Wayne Waters was last seen at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 15 at his home in the 900 block of Broadmoor Ln, St. Charles, MO. Waters left his phone, car keys and a note saying goodbye to his family. Waters was last seen wearing a grey jacket, black vest, jeans and brown boots.

I am brand new at this so I would like to apologize ahead of time if I am doing this wrong.
I was hoping to see if anyone knew Mr. Waters personally; my husband and I became casually acquainted with a gentleman who looks very much like this picture. The man we would chat with and occasionally walk along the Katy Trail with had a very obvious behavior; it seemed he he would walk almost everywhere and while he walked, he would twirl around every few steps. The man we are thinking this might be is very kind, speaks to everyone and loves to share knock knock jokes...other jokes too but he loves the knock knock ones the most we believe!! I guess I'm just wondering if anyone knows if the man I am describing is Mr. Waters...
