We all know what is going to happen,
On Monday, September 26, 2022, that judge, David Muntin, in keeping with his everything for the Clemensen family, (The owners of Agape Boarding School) is going to keep Agape open with the only thing for the prosecution being 24x7 monitoring by the two state DSS workers they have their.
I was talking to some of the survivors at Agape and we really can't understand the whole crux of why that Concentration Camp is still open. This is the not some big company or corporation with the best lawyers in the country working to keep this place open. This is a Cult Concentration Camp Compound masquerading as a Baptist Christian Boarding School sitting out in the middle of little Stockton, Missouri! LOL!
The hope remains that by getting Agape Boarding School's horrors out globally, with enough animosity of what the owners and their staffers have done to these kids that action can be taken to close the school and prosecute the offenders. But this judge is a Southern Baptist himself in researching his background, And it would not be surprising if he had a close personal relationship with the Clemensen's just on the way his motions have gone. The only things that he has allowed thus far for the prosecution are the following:
1.) The State can keep investigating the abuse "allegations" I say, "Judge, we are way and long past allegations." I don't even call this guy, "Your Honor" because I have zero respect for this man. Actually contempt! And that is growing by leaps and bounds each day with more "hearings" and nothing done to get those kids out of that hell hole, close that place down, and prosecute these bastards.
2.) The judge denied the defense motion to ask for a jury trial. (Naturally, they are appealing this. And guess what? The judge is given them a few days to appeal his ruling!)
3.) The judge only wants to hear "abuse allegations that are current." So, even with the hundreds, no make that thousands of kids that have been beaten, tortured, restrained, sodomized, slave-labored for thirty years, that means nothing to him!
Missouri's justice system is shattered beyond recognition.
