Robert Ross, 29 was last seen on Friday, March 28th at Domino’s Pizza on 616 Jefferson Street in Jackson. According to the manager of the restaurant, Mr. Ross went to Arkansas to pick up his girlfriend.

On April 1st, Jackson Police Department’s Missing Persons Unit was contacted by the Chico County Sheriff’s Office in Arkansas. Authorities located Mr. Ross’ vehicle on the side of the road south of Lake Village, but he was not there. Robert's car has been found, but he is still missing, police said.

Missing Mississippi Man's Car Found in AR -

LITTLE ROCK, AR (News Release) --

Special Agents of the Arkansas State Police Criminal Investigation Division are requesting the assistance of anyone who may have information relating to the disappearance of a Mississippi man last month. On Tuesday, April 1st local law enforcement authorities found Ross’s 2005 Buick Lacrosse (below) abandoned alongside State Highway 160, ten miles east of Portland, Arkansas near the Ashley–Chicot County line.

Arkansas police make arrest in Jackson man's slaying

Police in Arkansas have arrested a man in connection with the death of a Jackson man who has been missing for more than a month.

The Chicot County Sheriff's Department in Arkansas said witness statements and evidence led them to Norvell Childs, 22, of Lake Village. Childs was arrested April 18 by the Arkansas State Police and charged with first degree murder.

Investigators believe Childs shot Ross and dumped his body over the bridge into the Mississippi River. Childs is believed to have returned to the bridge and covered blood drippings with black paint, authorities said.

Police have arrested two more suspects in connection with the disappearance of Robert Dujuan Ross, the Jackson, Mississippi man who is believed to have been murdered then thrown from the Greenville Bridge into the Mississippi River.
Shalynn Childs, of Lake Village, was arrested on Thursday and Brian Joseph Herrington, 34, of Mississippi, was arrested earlier this week. Shalynn Childs is the sister of Norvell Childs, Jr., the first person arrested in the case, and reportedly is the girlfriend of Brian Herrington.

I don't find any updates to the charges against any of the three defendants.
Robert disappeared one year ago tody.
