The Gallatin County Sheriff's Office has issued a press release asking for help locating Danielle Diamond, reported as missing on Dec. 18, 2017.

The Sheriff's Office stated that despite intermittent contact since Danielle was reported missing, there has been an extended period of no contact.

Danielle is described as 5’7”, 140 lbs. with brown hair. She was last seen on Dec. 1, 2017 in the Bozeman area.

Danielle was last seen wearing brown sweatpants and a multi-colored beanie. She is transient and does not have a vehicle or phone.

She last was seen at the Bozeman library. It's probably there that she had access to a computer and perhaps uploaded photos from a small camera rather than a phone.

Search continues for missing Bozeman woman

The search for a missing woman in the Bozeman area continues.

The Gallatin County Sheriff’s Office is still attempting to locate Danielle Diamond. Danielle was last seen on Nov. 27, 2017, at the Bozeman Public Library.

Danielle is 25 years old and described as 5’7”, 140 lbs. with brown hair. She was last seen wearing brown sweatpants and a multi-colored beanie. Danielle may have had a bag with her, filled with clothes and essential items. At the time of her disappearance, Danielle was transient and did not have a vehicle or a phone.

A tipline has been set up and there's been an unverified sighting in Salt Lake City. That raised speculation that she may have been headed to Denver where she previously lived in a homeless shelter. I don't know where her child is at but it sounds as if she is alone.

Has her information been shared in the traveler forums or groups? A lot of transient keep in touch with each other and communicate or network using the groups.

Diamond is from Bozeman, Montana, and was possibly spotted last month in the Salt Lake City area, though that sighting hasn't been confirmed.

A spokesperson for the Denver division of the FBI said in a media release it's possible Diamond may have passed through Salt Lake to get to Denver, where she spent last summer in homeless shelters.

She's described as a white woman with long, wavy brown hair. She's about 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs about 135 pounds. Diamond also has a tattoo on her neck of a Mayan rune. It is circular and approximately 2 inches in diameter. She also has a tattoo on her back.

If you notice the address header when you go to the FB page, it says "danielle.diamond.921" after facebookdotcom/ She just chose to have the alias name "Zayani Madroix Diamon" displayed. I have noticed that FB is now using number identifiers in the address line--making it harder for us to confirm that pages with an alias displayed are actually the page of who we are looking for. But, for people who feel they need an alias to protect their privacy, revealing their real name in the address line would defeat that intention.
