N.C. Grand Jury Gets Tough On Sex Offenders/Info on these S.O.

    This link also has photos and info of perps coming up for trial, including a woman...figured just in case someone here might be interested in one or another, I'd post some names and details of these monsters...many failed to register...simply, for possible reference...

    Crystal Anne Rodriguez, 29, of the 60 block of Westside Drive, Cameron,was indicted on two counts of statutory rape of a 15year-old for incidents that allegedly occurred between June 1 and July 31, 2009.

    Jimmy Lee Clegg, 44, convicted of two counts of sexual battery in October 2008, according to Department of Corrections (DOC) records

    David Richard Jernigan, 29, also reportedly still in jail, was indicted for allegedly moving in December 2009 without notifying authorities. DOC records show he was convicted in September 2003 of two counts of indecent liberties with a minor.

    David Angel Reyes, 23, of the 50 block of West Everette Street, Spring Lake, was originally convicted of one count of indecent liberty with a minor in March 2003, DOC records indicate. His indictment shows he allegedly moved in September 2009 without notifying deputies.

    Terrance Pressley, 33, of the 800 block of East Edgerton Street, Dunn, allegedly moved without notification in August 2009. He is a member of the sex offenders registry due to an October 2002 conviction for indecent liberties with a minor.

    Sean Brian McGinnis, 47, formerly of Sierra Trail in Anderson Creek also walked away with an indictment on the charge for allegedly moving in October 2009. He was reportedly convicted of sexual assault in Arizona
