"Charlotte-Mecklenburg police have arrested and charged three teenagers accused of shooting a 17-year-old girl to death Monday afternoon in northwest Charlotte.

Officials said 17-year-old Juan Zamora, 16-year-old Andy Garcia, and a 15-year-old girl were all charged with first-degree murder, attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon and conspiracy to commit robbery.

According to police, Alysha Johnson was shot several times. Police believe it was a random crime, and that Johnson was being carjacked. She may have resisted, which could've led to the deadly shooting. MEDIC said Johnson was pronounced dead at the scene."

How awful. And to think 2 of these monsters were out on bond from attacking 2 men with baseball bats during a robbery. They should not have had the opportunity to be on the streets.

That is what makes me so angry. We left these violent people out while on bond, and then act surprised when they do it again.
