*Hearing (@ pm session ET) – NC – Jonathon Michael Kaceyn Clements (7 mos) (Oct., 2016, Wayne County; missing infant believed dead) – only for *Karl David Colt (48) arrested & charged (7/13/18) with felony concealment of death of a child (Class D felony). $5K bond.
9/5/18 Update: Next hearing 10/22. 10/22/1: Next hearing 1/14/19 pm session. 1/14/19: Next hearing 4/8 pm session.
*Kayla Rebecca Ann Clements (27) “mom” arrested & charged (3/29/18) with felony failure to report disappearance of a child to LA (Class 1 Felony) & indicted with additional charge of felony concealment of death of a child (class D Felony) & indicted (8/28/18) with murder. $75K bond.
2/18/18 LE began investigation concerning a missing child when father filed missing report & believe he suffered injuries resulting in his death.
