    Regarding social networks
Regarding facebook, twitter, and myspace you can link but do not cut and paste. But the goal is to really only link to those that are directly linked to a case.
IOW, we don't want to post to someone's mother, brother, employer, milkman , or postal carrier just because they know the main player. It just gets too invasive and half the time we are not even sure it is the right person. When a post starts out, I found 5 people with this name do you you think any of these are [insert person here]? that is not a good thing.
It will often be up to mod discretion as to who can and cannot be linked, but the general rule of thumb is if they are named in the media specifically as having some role or are being questioned or have information then you are probably safe to link. No screen caps and no cutting and pasting. If a social media is set to private and you get in the back way and post what you see, that is not a good thing!Private means private.
Just imagine if is you if you cannot decide and you shoulod be able to figure out if it is ok.
You are free to discuss what you may come upon, but if it is just a lot of gossip and rumor it won't fly. People open facebook accounts and post whatever they want and to carry that as some sort of inside info is careless. but, sometimes there is really valuable information that may even come into evidence as in the Caylee Anthony case. So, if you know for a fact it is the right person and they are named outright in the msm as someone linked to the case it should be fine. IF IT IS A MINOR DON"T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!!!
If something was posted as public and then removed you might be able to post it, it is up to the mod of the forum and it depends on who, what, when and where.
The mods are listed at the bottom right of the forum under the index, they can generally help. If not, they will ask admin for guidance and we will all decide what is best.
Generally we try not to invade everyone's privacy and if the linked information has no bearing on anything, then leave it out.
We moderate here. Some people love it and some people hate it. Up to you to stay or go, choice is yours. Complaining about our rules doesn't help. if you have a suggestion or think of a better way, bring it on! We are far from perfect and welcome your input as long as it is civil and basically polite.

Rumors are not allowed! If you have questions please PM me or a Mod, we will be happy to help. Lets keep the threads dedicated to Zahra. Thank you.

You mean it bothers you moreso than the whole bizarreness of the fire, the note, the not "discovering" Zahra was missing til much later that day?

All of the above (mine and yours) makes no sense to me, I will heave a sigh of releif if we ever find out.

Well, for one thing, Australia has a "character requirement" for immigrants (including those married to Australian citizens):

Thoughts about the hearing aids. The leg would have become a symbol of pain and negativity but perhaps Z still loved being able to hear clearly. To separate her from something positive, even after death, it could be a final sadistic act of aggression. A sadist wouldn't mind leaving a tool of torture with their victims, and denying them any comfort or pleasure is an extension of said torture.

    Jmo etc...

RE link posted in thread #19 http://www.thehinkymeter.com/2010/10/15/zahra-baker-case-do-elisas-actions-show-premeditation/

Are there any reports of how many hours per day AB works and anything in regards to how he would spend his spare time i.e. would he get home from work, go outside and work and then possibly hop onto MS FB or Surf the internet, watch TV, spend time with his daughter etc I would assume there would have to be some kind of routine?

I have a brother in-law who is a workaholic and when he gets home from work he works on his property until the sun would go down and then go inside wash his hands, grab a beer and relax watching TV for a while, shower then off to bed but I have also noticed, if he believes his children are home he does not go looking in each room to see if they are there.

I could only imagine that as a person AB who rarely sees his child and has a job would not be a bum sitting on the couch all day and would be likely to be a good worker or a worker who is hardly home due to some possible problem making him feel more comfortable doing other things.

If EB was a monster or grouch and AB were a hard worker my thoughts is maybe his employer might have noticed any depression in AB or any other instance where his work patterns may have changed

If AB and EB have regular domestic disputes maybe AB is working to keep away from EB to an extent.

IMO, it would be alot tougher to get around without the leg. The leg was a necessity, the hearing aids a convenience. She wasn't deaf, just had high-freq loss. Maybe the batteries were dead or it was easier to tune out EB with them off. The possibilities are endless.

After seeing the scenes of the search at the landfill and seeing the attention paid to the mattresses, I'm wondering if she was killed while in bed/asleep. She would probably not have worn the hearing aids and the leg.

Perhaps in a rush to clean the crime scene, the hearing aids were accidentally left behind.

My first post on this thread, but I am doing my best to keep up. You all are doing a fantastic job here! Thank you.

Carrying over a quote from previous thread:
    posted by: Violet_Foxglove

"It's a comforting thought that she could be alive and found...but I doubt it. I don't think LE would be investing so many hours in the search IF that was the case!"

I agree that poor Zahra is no longer with us because LE says so and there is too much that points in that direction... However, even as I know the following 'theory' of mine is preposterous, wishful thinking on my part I can't help but dream that this homicide investigation is really just a deliberate, elaborate plan to make the perpetrator of Zahra's disappearance *think* that LE and the public believes Zahra is dead, and that they aren't looking for her alive...while all the time they happen to know that she is being held somewhere, alive, and when all the pieces of the puzzle are in place, and the timing is right, they will rescue her safely- that it was somehow necessary to deceive the perpetrator and the public in order to rescue her. *sigh* All MOO, even though I know that it is a 'way out there' theory, especially considering the massive time & expensive involved by LE.

Just wishing there could be a happy new beginning for sweet Zahra

If you cannot find a criminal history I think an easier question to find answers from the public might be, did they write any worthless checks in Australia? If EB has a long history of scamming money it would be likely she got to and from Australia by scamming money.

Therefore I would probably look at the time before she moved to Australia and see if she had scammed enough money to get there or if her bank reveals enough money to purchase an airline ticket and then the time in Australia to see if she scammed any money to go home?

OK this case is getting to me I work at a warehouse as Security usually there is another officer here with me but tonight I am alone. The Supervisor in the warehouse usually tells me if they are expecting a truck in, he left without telling me so I thought no trucks!!! OK well I just got a truck I made him sit outside the gate for half an hour until I could reach the Supervisor and verify he was legit. He gave off bad vibes I will be glad when he drops his trailer and leaves. Maybe I am just spending too much time on WS's???
