I absolutley heard Tim Miller say on Nancys show he walked back to the crime scene and saw the indentation of where the bag was laying- whats up with this? whats with the contradictions?

Well Thank God, I thought I was loosing my mind. I adore Tim so don't start on me for that. The world needs more people like him. But he did say it and now with Padillia saying he didn't ....it's things like this the A's will spin with.

If there is a 3rd warrant, remember that the Anthony's came home. What might they have with them that LE could be interested in? Just a thought.

any link for a 3rd warrant???

Go to the Nancy Grace transcript from thursday night and you can read exactly what Tim Miller said-

It is not unusual for a child that young to not have detailed dental records. even if she had seen a dentist at some point they may not have done a full set of x-rays or generated anything that could be used for a match until the child was 3+.

Plus even if they did exist, LE would not commonly ask for them until or unless they had something to match them against. They are medical records and are considered personal private information until they are absolutely needed in a specific criminal matter.

I worked in the dental field for 10 years. They have reduced the age that recommend first visits for kids recently so more 18 month to two year olds are seen but the main goal is to imprint a positive experience with the dentist, the chair and the tools. At that age it is mostly a ride in the chair and a toy, a peek in the mouth if they will open and if they won't the main goal is to get them out while they are still happy.

If a child does not see a dentist until they "need" one, then it is a guarantee that the first visit will be frightening and possibly leave a forever impression on them.

Even if Caylee has been in it is highly unlikely she has xrays on file. The only toddlers that are likely to have those kinds of records would be ones that have extensive cavities from the bottle, neglect, or unfortunate genetics. They would be seen by a specialist and generally worked on under sedation in a hospital setting.

They do request records before they have anything to match to though. We would get requests from the local police department for records when a teenager had been reported missing generally as a runaway. That information is requested at the time you report someone missing, the dentist is contacted, and those records are put on file for the ME's indentifying the unidentified.

Maybe TM could see the area from where he was standing on the side of the road?

also...did everyone catch that the CS will be worked for "several more days"? Sounds like they are really doing a thurough job! WTG LE and FBI!!!

Caylee had between 206 (adult skeleton) and 270 (new born) bones. Bless them for every single one they find. How awful in the future for some kid to go back in that area and find bones, knowing Caylee's remains had been there.

With all the animal bones searchers have turned up, I wonder if there is an issue with that also.

exactly. per the interview today (already linked above and started thread... http://www.myfoxorlando.com/myfox/M....jsp?contentId=8075244&version=1&locale=EN-US also check out press conference thread on main page... carlos padilla also talks about how time was standing on the side of the road outside of the crime scene with the rest of LE and that you could see the cs from the road d/t brush being cut back

Tim Miller speaks to FOX 35's Mike Dunston

Also on Monday, Tim Miller, the leader of Texas Equusearch, spoke with FOX 35's Mike Dunston about the case. Tim Miller says he is angry with Casey Anthony. "When we walked into the Anthony's house the first time, Casey could have taken me for a two minute walk and it would have been over," he said.

He said investigators at the crime site got emotional after the find. "We hugged and wiped tears out of our eyes and said 'My God, it's finally over, it's finally over."

Investigators allowed Miller close to the area where the child's remains were located, but they said he, as well as Casey Anthony's defense team, were not given access to the actual site

Carlos Padilla said in the interview..... presser......

that "There is MORE evidence that they have found" to me this means NOT just bones....

They are doing an EXCELLENT job... they want this to be a slam dunk case against KC

How can the A's sit home knowing that just a few steps away people are sifting through dirt and ground cover to find their grand daughter's little toes and fingers?

I would be there, as close as I could get. The thought of strangers sifting through my baby's remains would force me to be as close as possible. I would have to see for myself and be there for my baby.

Grief and Denial.....

however, I do agree with you....

I'm so glad Padilla quashed the rumor that Tim Miller had been allowed access to the crime scene Thursday. I also enjoyed the grin on his face when he said the defense could complain all they wanted about not being allowed immediate access to a crime scene.
But most importantly he said that we owe it to the memory of Caylee Marie Anthony to do the best job we can do, and to be as methodical as it takes to uncover all of the evidence.

On a sidenote, I bet the pregnant FBI agent is especially troubled in private about working this particular crime scene. I would guess she is beside herself with anger as a mother to be, looking at the remains of such a sweet little girl discarded like carrion for the animals to feed upon. :furious:

LOL Would have liked to hear him say
"If the defense wants to complain they can take it up with Judge Strickland"

Oh wait, they did, just this past Friday! , Oh how quickly those silly defense attorneys forget what the JUDGE, NOT LE, denied them. LOL

Yes, just as close as I could get. Too bad things are the way they are for the A's. I don't know that they would want to be there but it is a shame if they did and are not able to because of the public's perception of them.

SuziQ, I cannot tell you how much I THANK YOU for providing this link! Such a blessed relief to watch and listen to in the midst of all the spin and lies! thank you , thank you for sharing!!!:blowkiss:

I understand what you mean, but I wouldn't want to see the bones of my grandchild.

CA & GA have done and said some pretty wacky things, but my heart breaks for what they are having to endure. My daughter and I talked about this and I told her that I really couldn't say what I would do , but I think I would visit her in jail, say that you are my child and as a mother I love you, but I am done, I never will look upon your face again, then turn and walk away.

I only say, there but by the Grace of God, go I. I just cannot imagine.

I am curious as to whether or not duct tape was found in KC's car, read somehwere on here that it was. I know that Cindy stated that she had removed a knife for the car and washed it. Would LE remove all of the knives/scissors from the residence to try to compare with the cut line on the duct tape and lift fingerprints on the knives or scissors (to eliminate the possibility that it was Zanny)?
