Gotcha. I have not looked into Terry's case all that closely. The below timeline posted online suggested that he was employed at brown and root June 1978. Their main office was in Houston afaik, but there was a Brown & Root plant in Ingleside back then. I think the local office was the one on Harbor Island, just to the east of Ingleside. The plant (where Oxychem is now located) was up the road (361) to the west from where he supposedly lived back then.
All info released in this case have been vague, and they release just a tiny bit at a time. I don't know why.
