NH - Seven motorcyclists dead when truck collided with them, Randolph, June 2019 *not guilty*

In pre-trial motions, the defense successfully argued to keep jurors from hearing testimony about alleged erratic driving earlier in the day on the day of the crash. Also, jurors will not hear about a conversation Zhukovskyy allegedly had with a corrections officer in which he allegedly stated he consumed 10 bags of heroin a day.

That's not good. Seems as though the jury should at least hear about reports of him driving erratically earlier in the day.

In a shocker to many onlookers, a New Hampshire jury quickly acquitted Volodymyr Zhukovskyy, a commercial truck driver, on all charges against him in the brutal head-on collision that caused the deaths of seven motorcyclists there in 2019.

Shocking. Unbelievable. The guy was jacked up on all kinds of drugs, driving an illegally rigged truck and trailer, etc. and he's acquitted? Deport him.
