Because of the Sarah Majoras case, MSM has linked the death of Dave Anderson as am "eerie Coincidence"
    http://articles.philly.com/2000-10-02/news/25588201_1_spillway-friends-accidental-death/2

But some of us see more.

Here is an article linking the two as coincidence.

    http://articles.philly.com/2013-01-29/news/36637965_1_sarah-majoras-surveillance-photos-authorities

Both Left John and Peters in New Hope, Pa and walked to Lambertville, NJ and were never seen alive again.
They were both heading to see Adam Baker in Lambertville. Adam Baker is not a suspect in either death.
He was Sarah's BF and she was heading there after a night with friends.
Dave was heading to stay there at his apt. Some reports say he was a roommate of AB and some just say he was staying there that night.

Dave Anderson left J&P's and came back to get umbrella and then was never seen alive again. He was found in the Canal dead, with abrasions on his face. As far as we can find his death has been ruled as undetermined.

There are things in this case that don't make sense either. Like Dave Anderson could not swim and was afraid of the water.

The second article reports that DA was Adam Baker's room mate...

    Interesting!

I hope we can find more information:

    1. Dave Anderson's umbrella, was it recovered or not located

a description or picture of the umbrella would be nice even if located

some perps take tokens, treasures from their victims to
remind them of their deed; that is how they get pleasure
could be someone right there in that town with an old umbrella (DA's)
that they take out from time to time and recently they did not derive
pleasure anymore so went on the hunt again. They are predators!
Like animals - waiting, watching, planning, then the attack

    2. Dave Anderson's case status - is his case considered a cold case
or has it been reopened due to SM case. if I am not mistaken,
cold case files can be reviewed by the public - for a criminology course,
my son was to obtain a cold case file from LE to review as part of the course

    3. did Dave Anderson frequent Triumphs as a musician or a patron
Triumphs is the bar SM was at listening to music before heading to J & P's

Does anyone remember/know if one or both of DA's shoes was found separated from his body?

    TIA

I like the way you think, Flutterflies!

The mementos/tokens of predators can be key... If seen...

The umbrella is something to pay attention to, for certain...

Do you think your son could use DA's case for his criminology case?

Thanks for posting. How very sad for them to not know what happened.
David played the guitar (from pictures shown). My son plays guitar.
Gosh, I'm hooked on this until we get answers for his family.
This is just so heart breaking.

Maybe old video or pictures from where he played as a musician would be helpful.

Just some random thoughts and ideas.

    TIA

Yes, he can! We were too creeped at the time to actually follow through with
contacting LE for a cold case file. So, the course is sitting and waiting for a cold file
in order to proceed. My son loves criminology, watches all those creepy shows, etc.
Much more mature now than back a few years ago. :great:

There are several pictures in that video posted earlier. I have no clue - no pun intended or maybe it was :floorlaugh: how to get them from there to here. Pause the video, take a screen shot maybe??? Sounds easy. I tried this the other day for something else and my computer froze!

    I am not sure...

I just think it would help to have a picture of him at the start of this thread...

I will keep looking for one. I found some more articles and his grave which also has a picture of a guitar :(.

Also Kimster told me this is better as a cold case so it may be moved.

In the original article from 2000, it states that one of DA's friends had a website dedicated to his "mysterious" death. It is no longer available. It would be great if someone local could ask around, maybe find that friend, so we could have access to some of the things that were noted back then.

What i did not realize until reading a recent article is that DA was also a friend of Sarah's. Not just AB. I think that can put a whole new dynamic on it. T

I am hoping that this thread will bring more information about DA and his friends and the circumstances of that night.

I wonder what happened to the umbrella he went back for? I wonder how drunk he appeared if they let him leave an walk alone so far. I would never let my friend walk around impaired. Whether they wanted me to or not.

I see so many things that make me wonder about foul play.
