So it sounds like the neighbor's surveillance cameras picked up a red SUV arriving at 4:21, leaving at 4:24, staying on Burt St the whole time? That would definitely be the presumed abduction vehicle. And a rather short window of opportunity. Leaving me to believe they knew she was going to be there at that time. It'd have to be the perfect coincidence for a completely random abduction at this point. Question is, who knew and how?

The description of the kidnapper is extremely detailed and at the same time it’s not. Like if they were close enough to see acne then surely they could tell Dulce’s demeanor around this person. Did she go skipping to the car like she was with someone she knew or was she being coerced? I really want to know who the witnesses to her alleged abduction are are they reliable?

A few days ago they were asking people to come forward saying that immigration status wouldn’t be questioned, then the next moms boyfriend is in ICE custody. No wonder no one is talking, what’s this area like is it somewhere everyone knows your business because if it is and a tip does get turned in, that leads to someone local receiving the reward then is it the type of area where they’d rather keep quiet and not have the money, because if someone local started flashing $30k+, people would put two and two together JMO MOO

Local News 6 ABC Action News on site at the park for the 1 week mark reporting on television this evening.

Investigation still very active. LE at the park searching and stopping cars to ask if anyone was at the park last Monday.

Reporter spoke with a man (AC) who was at the park that day, watching his daughter's field hockey game. He mentioned the questions he was asked. Anyone conspicuous around? Any vehicle noticed? etc

Also interviewed an Hispanic woman who works with migrants and states understanding why some won't come forward with info if they are illegal. They fear it may be a trap/it's a matter of trust.

3 minutes though?! If this is indeed the abduction vehicle then the abductor either went straight for Dulce and took off or he already knew she was there. JMO

My mind is open to the fact this may be the vehicle, but I am not totally absolutely convinced. Was she seen in this photo inside the vehicle?

Cell phone video and you're right. Def an SUV and not a van. Timing the SUV arrived at the park and then left 4 minutes later fits the abduction time. But dang, that's fast and fortuitous timing for a stalker criminal to just happen upon a trusting little girl that quickly. JMO

She was not, but this vehicle came and left between 4:21 and 4:24, both in and out on Burt St. "About 4:20" is when the three-year-old came up to mom's car crying. Fits the timeline perfectly.

If that is the abduction vehicle then this person must of known their routines and possibly that they often play on the playground without supervision. That sounds like a well thought out plan. IMO

Wish we knew who provided the description of the person and vehicle because the only thing about this vehicle that matches the description is the color red. No tinted windows, no sliding door and not even a van.
Also if the car came into the park at 4:21 and left at 4:24 how did someone see him to get such a detailed description? It seems like it is not enough time to even abduct her without running up to her, and dragging her off and no one said they saw that.

Omg it was seen going to and leaving the park, not just leaving? That definitely changes things.

And drove north on N West Ave after that. That leads back to Park Drive and a left turn takes to main road (Route 49). Right turn takes towards Route 77.

If this person knows that there would be small children there, he went prepared and the opportunity presented itself rather quickly and took off with Dulce as fast as he got there. JMO.

Is there cctv from the place they got ice cream? I wonder if the suv followed them from there it just seems so fast. Like an ambush kidnapping sort of thing rather than he’s observed her and lay in wait. Does this footage then show moms brother’s car arriving shortly after? Does this all match in with the timeline of 911 call, call to brother etc?

No kidding. That's like drive in, put vehicle in park, grab Dulce, and GO.

If she was abducted in that vehicle in such a short window of time, and truly left without a struggle, it must've been someone she was very trusting or familiar with IMO.

4 minutes. No wonder few ppl can offer a sighting. The person had no contact with anyone else (if this is the suspect & van).
Why on earth have they not shared this video already?
Reminds me of a friend's 2018 Toyota RAV Suv. I haven't compared them though.
What model suv or crossover is that? Hunting.
