From 2015:
Eight years later, little remains known about the death of 65-year-old Lockey Mitten, who lived at the Colonial Estates Mobile Home Park, in Williamstown.
And despite an exhaustive investigation by the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office and Monroe Township Police Department -- an investigation that remains ongoing -- the case continues to be a mystery.
Officials announced in a news release on Tuesday that a $10,000 reward is still being offered for any information leading to the arrest and conviction of Mitten's killer.
