Minerva Hill, age 23, of Paulsboro, was found in an open area near the intersection of Berkley Road and Swedesboro Avenue in Paulsboro on June 10, 1979. Ms. Hill died of blunt trauma to the head. It appears that Ms. Hill was killed elsewhere and her body was then disposed of near the Paulsboro water tower.
