If the people who rescued him hadn't been checking dumpsters that night Avila's baby would be dead and her charge would be premeditated murder. I can barely control my anger at this woman. IMO no child is safe with her.

I sure hope she doesn't! IMO this is a ploy to flesh out her original excuses to LE in order to avoid the consequences of her cold-hearted act.

Paraphrasing: "Ooh, I'm barely 18 and I was oh so scared and didn't know what to do." So she put her baby into two plastic bags, drove around for a while until she spotted a big dumpster in an isolated parking lot. Then threw her baby in alongside bags of garbage and drove off. And never returned.

IMO Avila got caught and will now do anything she can to avoid prison time, including putting on a big show of maternal love for her baby. Judge, don't believe her for a minute. MOO

Plead not guilty to previous willful & deliberate charge on 1/12/22. No pleading entered on abuse charge on 3/14/22. On house-arrest.
No movement on felony murder charge as of 7/12/22. Last entry is 1/21/22.
