    Now on to gardening...

When a group member commented "Push pull hoe!" on a post asking for "your most loved & indispensable weeding tool," Facebook sent a notification that said, "We reviewed this comment and found it goes against our standards for harassment and bullying."

Then, something else came up. (--) received a notification that Facebook automatically disabled commenting on a post because of "possible violence, incitement, or hate in multiple comments." The offending comments included "Kill them all. Drown them in soapy water," and "Japanese beetles are jerks."

Wrong 'hoe:' Facebook's algorithm wrongly flags 'hoe' in gardening group as bullying

The other day I was banned for hours from my private FB site because I wanted to post a you tube video of Mama, from Genesis. I'm fed up with it...I don't post anymore, no likes..etc. from me. I just follow and if in need to comment I do it through messenger. Where is the FB police going to end? This is soooo triggering the rebellion in me.

Another example...an American FB contact was banned because of posting this:

I posted it on my Dutch FB personal site....rebellious me....nothing happened. I mind you...This is The Venus of Willendorf a statue found in 1908 by the archaeologist Josef Szombathy at a late Palaeolithic site near Willendorf in der Wachau (Austria). This village is located on the left bank of the Danube and belongs to the municipality of Aggsbach.

The statue is 11.1 cm tall and is dated between 24,000 and 22,000 BC. It was made in the Late Paleolithic and was carved from oolitic limestone not found in the area. It is colored with red ocher.

Very little is known about its origin, how it was made, or about its cultural significance. The image is not a realistic portrait, but an idealization of femininity. All female sex characteristics have been exaggerated as fertility symbols, such as the full breasts, big belly, venus mound, thighs and buttocks. Possibly a heavily pregnant woman is depicted.

    It's an museum piece fgs

It’s like five year olds have taken over. Everything’s such a shock or an insult to them. They just can’t handle it. SMH

Remove 'male' and 'female' from birth certificates? Here's why the country's largest group of physicians recommends it.

"Participation by the medical profession and the government in assigning sex is often used as evidence supporting this binary view" of gender, the report continued. Not only does that stifle a person's ability to express and identify themselves, it can lead to "marginalization and minoritization."

For nearly two months, the recommendation went largely unrecognized by supporters and detractors alike, but it resurfaced recently after the popular medical website WebMD shared an article about the decision on its social media accounts.

The article went viral, thanks in part to right-wing publications and conservative personalities, who pushed back against the AMA's recommendation.

On the upside -- research shows that women receive different medical care then men.

If we're all Human, that might improve, right???

Except that there are substantial biological differences.

Cardiologists might argue with this, as well as other specialists.

Nurses keeping newborns sorted in a hospital nursery might sometimes check diapers to confirm identities.

Lordie, at least we know that whatever is next -- one of us will find & post it here.

    [Visualize eye-rolling emoji right here.]

I would recommend new mothers not to ask the sex of there newly born offspring if they missed it. Tut, tut, tut..... It was actually the first thing I asked because I wasn't able to see it at once..... Isn't it all about people struggling with what we learned is "right" and what is "wrong", totally BS to begin with if it's about gender-issues. Every doll should be without genitals..good idea..... sigh....
