NOT CONFIMED but they are reporting that the man inside is threatening to set his house on fire. The way she described it made me want to post it as not confimred quite yet.

just went these guys and they ARE reporting that gas trucks have arrived on scene which would lead me to the conculsion that the earlier report has some validity

Tactical command center just arrived . Reporter heard a megaphone talking to the guy. Utility is turning off gas.

The suspect surrendered to police just before midnight.
