What about this guy? Hair is listed as brown/red, but really appears red to me. The only thing is, he appears to be starting to bald. (Don't know if our UID was starting to, or if it was even possible to tell.) On the list, not ruled out yet.

Daughenbaugh, Lowell V 6’ brown/red 42ish #126 (p837) NamUs NO DNA, DENTAL OR FINGERPRINTS AVAILAB

He, too, was headed west (to Texas) in search of a tractor-trailer driving job.

Another one not yet ruled out:

Davis, Charles Edward 6' - 6'2", 150lbs. straw blonde age mid 50’s (p724) #95 dental avail

TXDPS – case # M9301001
Last seen Apr 29, 1988 (age 49) in Athens, Henderson, TX

Ears seem a tad bigger than the UID's but here's the photo comparison, anyway (and the philtrum is covered):

So are we sure the area believed to be the setting sun, is not blood? Unless its a poor representation of some other bird type, this is no doubt a turkey.

Another one not yet ruled out on the alpha list; bringing him up because of all the teeth he's missing, though his hair is listed as "brown"--

Deets, Calvin Ray – 6’0” 160 lbs. Brown. DOB 1953 (age 32/85) (p1671) #237 Dental information / charting is available and will be entered later; DNA sample is currently n/a
*TEETH: upper rt incisor has been extracted. Also missing several of his lower teeth.

On the piece of shirt, are we certain what has been discussed on here as being the sun (at the bottom of the feathers), is not blood? I had assumed it to be blood when I saw the photo, mostly due to the feathers above the gloved index finger, which look to be saturated in blood, but I can also see where if this were blood, the feathers would appear more stained. Also, my vote goes to this being feathers of a turkey in flight, having had several pet turkeys in the past and coming from a family of hunters, with turkey hunting being a prized sport for the men who hunt in my family, the fan of these feathers is that of a turkey, other birds don't have a tail fan as big as turkeys and as big as this one on this piece of material.

That's good news for his sister. Back to the drawing board for us.

Is she a fraternal twin with her missing brother? Not impossible for fraternal twins to have 2 DNA's. See my note on having 2 DNA's ^^^^.

Going through the alpha list:
Longman, Randy W 5’11 brown (red) age 27 (p222) #60 NAMUS INFORMATION, DOE NETWORK DOESN’T REFERENCE DENTAL

Couldn't find Randy W Longman but found *Rodney Wayne Longman (though born in 1965 – so maybe he's too young.) The hair, brow line and nose seem to match...but the face is not as long as the model's:

Hi Amanda, welcome to the thread! We spent quite a lot of time on the t-shirt and bird design. And then Equestriana found it on a backpack!

Here's a link that will give an overview of the main t-shirt and bird posts in the thread (scroll down):

We've been given no info on if she is his twin or not. There is another brother as well. Not sure how the DNA testing was done.

Thank you! You helped me identify an error I made on the list. I mixed up Leach, Randy Wayne with Longman, Rodney. I added your submission (#270) and noted the erroneous info on the alpha list (ie: Longman, Randy #60) and will let LEO know of my mistake. This is the very reason to have multiple people checking on more info on the ones that are still pending! (the beauty of WS)
