"Billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein was arrested for allegedly sex trafficking dozens of minors in New York and Florida between 2002 and 2005, and will appear in court in New York on Monday, according to three law enforcement sources.....

The new indictment—which, according to two sources, will be unsealed Monday in Manhattan federal court—will reportedly allege that Epstein sexually exploited dozens of underage girls in a now-familiar scheme: paying them cash for 'massages' and then molesting or sexually abusing them in his Upper East Side mansion or his palatial residence in Palm Beach. Epstein will be charged with one count of sex trafficking of minors and one count of conspiracy to engage in sex trafficking of minors—which could put him away for a maximum of 45 years."

The decision by Governor Albert Bryan to fire the A.G. came just days after Bloomberg News revealed that Ms. George in her capacity as V.I. attorney general had filed a lawsuit against JPMorgan Chase — the largest bank in the United States and the world's largest bank by market capitalization — without first informing Governor Bryan of such a major action, said a person with knowledge of the matter.

The lawsuit claims JPMorgan Chase facilitated convicted felon Jeffrey Epstein's abuse of women and girls, alleging that the bank should have known about Epstein’s illegal activity and as part of its anti-money laundering procedures, should have reported their client to authorities.

George accused the bank of turning a blind eye to the sex trafficking operations that went on on Epstein’s private island in the USVI, Little St. James.

“Between 2008 and 2012, Staley exchanged approximately 1,200 emails with Epstein from his JP Morgan email account,” the lawsuit alleges. “These communications show a close personal relationship and ‘profound’ friendship between the two men and even suggest that Staley may have been involved in Epstein’s sex-trafficking operation.”

“Epstein had been running the venture with JP Morgan, where Paul Morris ‘had been a member of the team servicing Epstein’s account’ and was aware of the venture,” the filing states. “In November 2012, Morris joined Deutsche Bank, ‘bringing with him the knowledge he had acquired at JP Morgan about Epstein’s sex-trafficking venture and conspiracy’ — beyond the knowledge that Deutsche Bank already had at this time due to Epstein’s widely publicized conviction and conduct.”

“On January 22, 2015, Deutsche Bank’s senior management actually ‘met privately and in person with Epstein at his New York home,’ ‘Packard asked Epstein about his involvement in sex trafficking,’ and observed victims present in the home,” the brief states. “And ‘other Deutsche Bank employees also met with Epstein personally outside the bank and made observations consistent with Epstein’s daily sex trafficking activities, which included being surrounded by certain of his victims.'”

"Nobody knows who Epstein is". Still the face of a major MSM News Network. $$$$$. Absolute power truly does corrupt. Absolutely.

  • JP Morgan alleged executive Jes Staley knew what Jeffery Epstein was doing
  • The bank sued him after it was sued by the US Virgin islands for the same claims
  • In their lawsuit, JP Morgan demanded Staley pay damages if it loses its case with the US Virgin Islands, and said he must pay back his wages worth millions

Judge Rakoff dismissed several of the counts that the Epstein survivors proposed to include in the lawsuit, but he ruled that some of the meatiest — such as that the banks knowingly benefitted from sex trafficking — will go ahead.

#JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon to be deposed on alleged knowledge of #JeffreyEpstein’s sex trafficking

JPMorgan Chase’s CEO Jamie Dimon agreed to face a deposition about allegations that the bank knowingly profited from Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking venture, sources confirmed to Law&Crime.

The Virgin Islands government claims that Dimon knew about Epstein’s crimes by at least 2008, the year of the predator’s Florida conviction. They have sought to pin down what Dimon knew and when he knew.

On March 9, Senior U.S. District Judge Jed Rakoff signed off on a subpoena seeking Dimon’s records. JPMorgan insisted that Dimon is “not relevant” to the lawsuit, asserting that he wasn’t involved in any decisions related to Epstein’s account.

The four men are some of the wealthiest people in the U.S., and it couldn’t be determined why they were being asked for the communications and documents. In civil cases, lawyers can use subpoenas during the discovery process to get information from people who aren’t a party to a lawsuit but could provide evidence related to the case.

Subpoenas were issued to Sergey Brin, Thomas Pritzker, Mortimer Zuckerman and Michael Ovitz in a lawsuit over JPMorgan's ties to Jeffrey Epstein WSJ News Exclusive | Google Co-Founder, Other Billionaires Are Issued Subpoenas in Lawsuit Over JPMorgan’s Ties to Jeffrey Epstein

Lawyers working for Jes Staley have accused JP Morgan of “slanderous” attacks against the ex-Barclays boss, saying allegations that he aided sex trafficking operations run by the late billionaire Jeffrey Epstein were “baseless but serious”.

Staley’s lawyer made the comments in a Manhattan district court filing as he urged a judge to give his client more time to review thousands of documents related to JP Morgan’s lawsuit against him, and sever that case from two lawsuits lodged against the US bank over its alleged role in aiding Epstein’s crimes.

The filings argued that the “breakneck pace” of the case schedule, which is set for trial on 23 October, was “unnecessary and prejudicial” and would give Staley “grossly insufficient time” to defend himself.

No matter how much he “whines,” JPMorgan Chase’s former senior executive Jes Staley cannot move and delay his reckoning in litigation accusing the bank of knowingly profiting from Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking scheme, a federal judge ruled on Monday.

The lacerating opinion describes Staley as a “key figure” in a pair of lawsuits against the bank, filed by Epstein victims and the Virgin Islands government.

The lawsuit also alleges that at least 20 victims were paid through Epstein’s accounts with JP Morgan in excess of $1m.

One women who Epstein ‘bought’ when she was 14 was paid $600,000, the documents claim.

The same year Miley Cyrus performed at her “Sweet Sixteen” birthday party in California’s Disneyland in 2008, pedophile Jeffrey Epstein became a newly minted sex offender after pleading guilty to soliciting prostitution from a minor.

These events didn’t escape the attention of Epstein’s bank at the time, JPMorgan Chase.
