Though a little young the GA sisters Dannette Latonia Millbrooks, and sister Jeannette Latressa Millbrooks (GA - GA - Dannette & Jeannette Millbrooks, 16, Augusta, 18 March 1990) went missing a couple of months before, both with abdominal surgical scar, poor quality phots but both seem to have similar nasal shape to the UID

That’s a surgical scar versus a jagged scar. Did she have a lumpectomy or breast reduction possibly?

If it was a breast reduction, wouldn't she have scars under both breasts? Could be a lumpectomy, if it's actually on the breast...it's unclear if "under right breast" means literally on the breast, on the underside, or on the ribs area actually underneath the breast. Could also be some sort of stab wound / cut that required stitches?

Could she have been a recent migrant from the DR? Or why unidentified for so long.i recall a similar case a while back with a Hispanic lady from murdered in ny eventually identified.
