So guy left his credit card behind!?!?! So I hope that means they know who they are looking for. I just hope no one else gets hurt trying to apprehend him.

Good grief! So guy left his credit card behind!?!?! So I hope that means they know who they are looking for. I just hope no one else gets hurt trying to apprehend him.
I agree. When my kids lived there (one in Manhattan and one eventually in Brooklyn), I used to visit and travel between the 2 boros by subway at all times of day and night. And there was always a sufficient police presence on the trains and in the stations to make me feel safe. Much more so than my closer (proximity) city of Philly.I work in NYC. There is a fair of police presence in all subways and the Metro North/LIRR stations in Manhattan and the Boros. It has been something that has increased since the new mayor came in on January 1 AND as a result of the violence that was present in Harlem and around the city. In fact this afternoon at the Metro North station at 125th I saw 9 officers patrolling the area. Yes, today was a mass shooting but that number is not really any larger that what I see on a daily basis. My work area is in a high crime area but I see officers on the subways and buses every day even when traveling out of my high crime neighborhood.
