OK...I am gonna really need them to wrap this up!!

I have the Theater trial during the day. Big Brother live feeds start tomorrow night. My brain can only be pulled in so many directions!!!!

Just sayin'...
OT/ BOB! Ugghh.

AC showing photo of Palmer arrived in court

either he's bald, or his head is shaved

Was the possibility of aiding & abetting the escape charge, but DA did not follow up on charge bc he was cooperating before charged

He's 57 yo

Entering not guilty plea

Brockway, Palmer's attorney, on phone with AC:

Anderson, I'm not going to comment at this time...we didn't expect this...

Brockway said the State Police filed the charges, not the DA?? Is that accurate?

One thing my hubby doesn't understand and that is a hunter who leaves his hunting weapon or weapons inside of the cabin when they aren't there. That would never happen here. Several do have hunting cabins here when they go hunting but once hunting season is over they never leave any of their weapons behind knowing that someone can break in and steal them in such isolated areas with no police around. In fact every time they leave to come home they load up their hunting weapons even if they are coming back the next week or even in a day or so. Some of these hunting rifles cost two or three thousand dollars.

IMO

I'm agreeing with this. I live in an area where everyone has a gun and most people own several of varying types. I just think leaving guns in a hunting cabin is really unlikely unless they have a big safe. And even then, how would they get in the safe without a combination. So, so many questions, and either a ton of high level and organized corruption, or just a ridiculous amount of lapses in judgement and stupidity/naivety/etc. something smells. In fact, everything smells.

Palmer's attorney on AC just now: "Mr. Palmer doesn't like this attention."

I'll bet!

You know @MattAndSweat are just sitting around some cabin laughing with every new breaking news alert about the employees at Clinton Correctional Facility they conned.
They must hear the news at least some times, yeah.

OT: Did you post a Big Brother video because the new season premiere is tonight?

Haha perhaps it was fresh in my mind ;)

Time for Palmer to get a new criminal defense attorney!

Kinda makes it seem like the guns were left to be found.

I do hope so!! I think the only way they made the progress that they did was by following the power lines. I'd imagine those are being pretty heavily watched now. And yes, HUMAN, to your comment that they could die of dehydration (or any number of things) and not be found, perhaps ever.

Playing Devil's Advocate and giving benefit of the doubt...

Do you think that Palmer may have thought there were paint brushes or something in the meat?

CNN, Don Lemon:

Palmer destroyed the paintings/drawings After he learned that Sweat & Matt escaped

Breaking:

Source tells CNN Palmer gave Matt:

electrical breakers
screwdrivers
wrench

That would be the worst case scenario, IMO. To have this opened ended for the next 40 years or whatever, based on average life span. They just need to be found.

Apologies for repeating myself, but I stand by what I posted earlier today. Gene Palmer's attorney, Andrew Brockway, is in way over his head. He's been a licensed attorney since 2013 with practice areas limited to Family, Real Estate, Wills & Living Wills, Speeding & Traffic Ticket. I don't see Brockway having the expertise or experience to handle such a high-profile case. He definitely has no media savvy. :moo:

I agree Bette, he'll probably have a criminal defense attorney by tomorrow, hopefully it won't be court appointed if he makes as much or more then Mitchell.
