What the heck?! That's not the guy in the earlier posted mugshot. Earlier guy has dark hair and heavier beard.

    We're in Crazytown, now, right?

If this guy looks 14, then I am a queen of England.
This clearly was or should have been obvious from the start, just because he is so much older of the age he was claiming to be.

You shouldn't be! The unblurred photo gave me a ton of hope! And there were SEVERAL witnesses who saw him in person and were convinced. And we read their accounts. So why wouldn't anyone take them at their word?

I guess some highlights in hair can do wonders. as for beard, one can grow it or shave it off. But actually, the earlier posted mugshot looks to be of the wrong person, not that I looked at it again.

In 2017, the alleged Pitzner impersonator was arrested and charged with burglary and vandalism, after breaking into a home in Medina County, Ohio, and throwing an elaborate house party that caused $1,250 worth of damage, The Medina Gazette reported.

Rini had just finished serving an 18 month sentence in Belmont Correctional Institute, when he emerged in Newport claiming to be Timmothy.

Boy found wandering streets in Kentucky is NOT missing Timmothy Pitzen | Daily Mail Online

    ...

Probably read about it Timmothy in jail or watched it on tv.

Exactly. Since none of us were down there looking at him, we can't say what their (I assume you mean the citizens on the street) perception was. He told them he was Timmothy and he was 14. If they hadn't of believed him, people would criticize them for re-victimizing him.

On Heavy.com he mentioned (quoted from a personal ad he'd placed, I believe, eww.) that he was 'good with computers'.
I take it he's researched the Pitzen case.
Actually quite a bit of info. out there.

Makes one wonder if he's used any other false identities ?
Scam artist and car thief, for starters.

Prob googled & researched hoping to avoid future arrests. This has been done before, will happen again, imo.
Also FYI to anyone interested, Newport, KY is well known for heroin, as is Cinci.
IMO, the impostor has connections to the Newport area.

I really think this creep was so stupid he thought he could pull this scam off.

I think he wanted to be seen as another Jayme Closs hoping go fund me accounts who go up for him.

    Ugh what a cruel ***!!!

I hope they throw the book at him.

    Imo

    Well said.

And imagine IF that HAD been Timmothy.
And someone thought it wasn't him, ignored him-- and he disappeared again ?

The fact that there are more concerned and compassionate people out there --than lying impostors-- gives me hope.
Better to err on the side of caution.

    Oh yeah.
I don’t understand why this surprises anyone. We can find any info we want in no time flat.
The man needed an alias, he just didn’t realize he’d have to go to the hospital & all that jazz. He’s prob had TP info for quite awhile, he never needed to use it until now. Moo

Didn't he also use his brother's identity and the brother pointed it out to LE?
