I am a volunteer with the nonprofit group Can You Identify Me, based in Henderson Nevada. I was asked to do a couple of reconstructions for them, one of which was this man. Numerous clothing items were found with his body, but it seems like too many items to all be worn over each other. This occurred in the month of March in Cleveland, so perhaps it was so cold that he needed to wear multiple layers of clothing and coats.
