OH OH - Lorie Ann Blevins, 16, Unknown place, 1 Jan 1984

Lori is my Sister who Went missing the Same month & year that I was born in. (We didn't have the best home life ) I grew up in foster care. Other siblings were told she ran away to she just didn't come home from school, she left with a man named Ron. 2018 my wife, saw a newspaper article about DNA helping solve Jane Doe. she contacted Ohio BCI & Found out My sister was Never reported Missing! I met with a local detective and officially reported my sister missing after 34 Years Later. That’s why so little information on her missing person report. I have submitted My DNA & talk with The FBI, local police. I hope one day I will know some answers to this mystery. Thank you, all for your kindness.

Assume that Ron was a boyfriend has there be any contact with him if you know his where abouts.

Also what is the proper spelling for Lory, Lori or Lorie?

Assume that Lorie was living in OH the last time she was seen or is it where the report was made. Have seen cases where the MP was last seen in another state and reported in another.

This is the article I found sometime back if you look a bit further there is a another article stating her age was 19. Tim stated that Lorie had no children

Here's a side by side of both photos of Lorie. I'm so excited now that we have another photo of her and it's so clear.
So we now know some great info about her according to Tim:

*She went missing around January 1984
*She was 16 years old
*The little girl in the photo is her sister
*She possibly vanished from the Portsmouth/ New Boston, Ohio area
*Scioto County is where she disappeared from
*She may have not returned home from school
*She may have left with a man named Ron
*Her name is spelled as Lorie Ann Blevins

I wonder what school she may have attended. It's possible there are other photos of her somewhere in a yearbook online.

TimB35 Have you been able to maintain a relationship with your other siblings and family members. Were other siblings placed in foster care whom have yet to be located? Is there any chance that Lorie may have reached out to an older sibling at some point. A hundred years ago for school I did a report called "Runaways, Walkaways and Throwaways" Lorie sounds like a walkaway to me especially if things were so bad at home. I think Lorie may have gotten married at some point and is out there living life. Off to search rabbit holes.

I found a Lori Ann Blevins in a 1987 yearbook in Idaho. She does bare a bit of a resemblance to Lorie in one of the pictures (Mostly in the eyes).

I also saw that she could be a homecoming queen but that particular photo didn't resemble her as much but then again she's smiling.

The eyes are what make me think they could be the same person. Also the way she styles her hair makes me consider them to share similarities. Because we don't know what Lorie looked like when she smiled in a photo I think it's a possibility that they could be the same person.
