• Dana Rhoden (age 37): Five (head).
• Hannah Gilley (age 20): Five (head)
• Christopher Rhoden, Jr. (age 16): Four (head).
• Clarence “Frankie” Rhoden (age 20): Three (head). Two were “contact wounds” as indicated by soot from the gun on his skull.
• Gary Rhoden (age 37): Three “contact” wounds (head).
• Hanna Rhoden (19): Two (head).
• Kenneth Rhoden (age 44): One (right eye).

Approx 7:55 am: Billy Jo Manley runs next door to trailer of Frankie Rhoden & Hannah Gilley. Door is locked, she hears toddler inside, asks him to open the door. She then discovers the bodies of Frankie & Hannah. She takes the children outside to her car.

7:15 - 7:53 am: Sometime after discovering the bodies, Billy Jo Manley calls her brother James Manley. He and his son go to the home of Dana Rhoden and discover she is dead. According to his wife, James doesn't go further into Dana's home, though he can see her legs and hear a baby crying.

8:07 am: Deputy Chandler arrived "at a neighboring residence where he was flagged down by a subject. Deputy Chandler advised that he needed multiple ambulances due to multiple down at multiple residences."

8:12 am: Deputy Music, Deputy Ball, and Major Evans all arrived "on scene" where they were approached by [Redacted] (later revealed it was James Manley) who stated: "there are two more dead people here." [Redacted] pointed to the residence at 4077 Union Hill.

I am confused about the basis for her need to testify, other than being elderly and covid.

What better place to hide the guns than in a coffin, who knows, after the murders the guns could have been right there on FWF, even the person that is going to be a witness for GW4 could have place the guns in BW coffin, this is just a thought, but for one thing for sure LM spoke about the LE taking some kind of bedding from BWs sick bed in a news interview, JMO

Leonard Manley's remark about taking someone's bedding in a sick bed is one question I hope is answered before all this is through.

Whatever the "material evidence" is, I always remember Gov. Mike DeWine's comment that, when the public hears what the Wagner's planned and why, they'll just shake their heads over how crazy and senseless it was.

DeWine said the Wagners conspired for months to commit the elaborate crime, studying the victims' habits and routines and that they knew the layout of the homes and where the victims slept.

"We believe that the Wagners conspired together to develop an elaborate plan to kill the eight victims under the cover of darkness and then carefully cover up their tracks. We believe the evidence will show they spent months planning the crimes," DeWine said during a press conference Tuesday.

If I could wish for one thing is that all the shame that the Wagners inflicted upon the Rhodens, Gilley and Manleys during the first year of the murders come back 10 times on them, Aw, JW and GW4 got on a lot of social media websites there they told so many lies on the Victims , it will be interesting to see what lies does come out during the trials, JMO

No doubt in my mind the Wagners then rushed out to the gun hiding place to make sure BCI actually did not have the gun then they re-hid all the guns. Farther away.

If they had hid them good in the first place they never would have wondered if BCI really found them. Instead they would be like:

"of course they don't have the gun, Scheiderer is playing us"

I'm sure your right. It started right after the laser focus. Angela actually got on a Rhoden group Facebook and tried to defend herself/family.

She wouldn't answer any questions to help prove her/family were innocent.
She just made those general statements like she did in the Chris Graves interviews.

She made most posters on there pretty angry and they wouldn't let up on her so she quit.

From there I have no doubt she went on to other anonymous sites. Seemed a bit obvious to me on a particular site.

As much as I hope otherwise, the family and friends of the Rhoden family and Hannah Gilley may still be exposed to unwarranted criticism. Watching the trial for the policeman who killed George Floyd, the defense attorneys have done a terrible job of trying to put the prosecution witnesses on trial.

The Wagners defense attorneys will probably use similar tactics - trying to say terrible things about the victims, their family and friends. Implying all sorts of terrible things, they'll try to imply that the Rhodens were terrible people who had lots of enemies who killed them.

The attorneys will say things to try to provoke witnesses , friends and family who take the stand in attempts to discredit them. It's really a terrible thing to watch.

It is suppose to be filed within 35 days after arraignment or 7 days before trial and it can also be filed at reasonable time later that the court permits.

Ohio cyber crimes agents say it isn't hard to catch the person behind a threatening post | 10tv.com

Well if Special Agents with the Ohio Attorney General's BCI Cyber Crimes Unit
were tracking SM as part of the investigation and saw a post of "interest" they would have gotten the IP address of the "post in question."

If BCI got the Wagner's IP you can bet your bottom dollar they would have monitored their posts. Had they said anything incriminating it is possible it went into an evidence file. Just saying.

Just from the evidence presented so far it looks bad for Jake. Not sure how it will play out for the other 3.

FW could be planning to testify in Jake's trial without a deposition. Maybe in the other trials as well.

They will probably motion to move his venue before his trial starts, but they could try to seat one first.
