One in Beaver
Well I guess if there’s one in Beaver then they’re not a registered business entity in the state of Ohio.
The attached link is helpful in a search of the name registered in the state.
You’ll see the only Lucasville Mission Church registered in Ohio is FW’s church. The other two unrelated companies that are generated in the search are a realty company and another company.

That would be a stretch since she answered it. With a lie.
It's like you asking me
You: "Hey Raisin what color is the sky?'
Me: "I didn't hear anyone ask a question but I will answer it anyway for the heck of it. It's purple."
LOL. I know hahaha. She didn’t have hearing aids either. JMO, but if I had a hearing problem and I could afford hearing aids, I’d have some. Her attorney was also talking pretty low to her and she seemed to hear just fine.
We had a case in Butler County where an older lady with hearing loss caused an accident with an emergency vehicle. She was charged even though she didn’t hear the siren.
My lawyer was emphatic with me that her hearing loss was not an excuse. That it is up to the driver to correct the problem with hearing aides or not drive. When we went to court he made sure the judge understood that I had hearing loss. So maybe the responsibility is on the person with the deficit.
Well said! That is an excellent point.
Neither am I, thank Heaven, but my kids and grandkids know that it is wrong to murder people. That's a no-brainer. They decided to do this. I'm sure she didn't put a gun to their collective heads.
Welllll, alright, if you insist Raisin, did you know that bedbugs could live up to....
I admit I didn't read the articles, but, iirc, RW gets like $18k. a year. Woot. Woot.
That's a really good idea! My cousin had an idea that they were going to try and get going. I'm not sure where it's at right now though. I was going to purchase the m/c gear that had the armor in it, but when I looked at it, it was a few years back, and it was still kinda bulky. The gear has the plates in the places that you're most likely to get hurt when you go down.
I think that CR1, DR, and CR2, all knew. I'm not so sure about the others but I believe they wanted CR1 and DR, to know who they were and what was fixin' to happen. To know that they lost.
Mine was; Why wasn't KR found sooner?!?! and The Vicious Dog Conundrum, is a close second.
Is FW charged with not reporting a threat against a public official? Ya'll see it as taking up for her, I see it as questions that the defense will be asking and points they will make.
In a criminal case proof beyond “a reasonable doubt” is required. Would it be reasonable that an 80 year old (I don’t know her age, just for example only) did not clearly hear the question? I don’t know if her testimony was read back to her, or if the question was asked more then once to clarify her understanding/answer.
At anytime during her testimony did she need any questions repeated? Did she ever say she “didn’t hear”?
This is why I assume her attorney wants to have her entire testimony transcript. Could hearing or misunderstood questions be a defense, probably.
Do I buy that answer, no BUT I have never interacted with her or seen the transcript. So I don’t know if it is reasonable to doubt her hearing.
As do we all, Dudly. I don't have a lot of better things to do with my time. Maybe I should find something. You replied to Raisin...
I agree completely, the debate on what is or isn’t a crime, has nothing to with taking up for her. Preconceived notions have no place in a court, or discussion.
Mine was bed bugs especially after the trouble I got when I first started posting and wasn’t using Jmo. And imo the bed bugs have nothing at all to do with anything Jmo
Here is a link to the church on FW's property. A Family Church organized by Tom and Freda Cyrus in 1959
