locations to avoid detection. However, that didn't work.

I really can’t see these people being that smart, the Wagners was raised like a cult, JMO Fredericka is the head of this family, they do what their told, if you look back in the first arrest report someone laid in the woods watching the Rhodens, someone spent hours just listening to voice hack in the Rhodens home also the dogs had electric devices planted on them, JMO I think that what the dogs had on them was some kind of shocking device that could be operated remote control that’s why they didn’t try to eat them up they were shocking the dogs, JMO someone had to be the (money) power behind the murders, and all time spent on that crazy plan that went on that someone was paying for all the gadget that was used to bug the Rhodens house.

A shocking device on the dogs seems like a possibility. I couldn't imagine the dogs being able to carry anything else remotely controlled that would work.

Wow... I remembered from previous posts that they had shopped at different WM locations, but didn't realize it was THIS many. If they did that because they thought it would be less suspicious, they actually made themselves stand out in the biggest of ways.

Who goes to THAT many different locations of a store, especially WM, who is quite well known for their security cameras and surveillance... quadruple stupid on the part of the W4s. If they thought they were SO smart, and knew SO much about evading detection, why wouldn't they have set up a fake account/email, etc. and shopped online with untraceable prepaid gift cards? But noooooooo, they go to store after store after store, literally capturing their images and every move. Just my thoughts... MOO, JMO.

Not a one of the W4s are the brightest bulbs in the bunch are they? :rolleyes: Wow. MOO, JMO.

I am only theorizing that the reason they went to so many different Walmarts is to help avoid detection. Let me know if you can think of a different reason to do this.

You pointed out an interesting fact, that by going store to store to store, it only draws scrutiny and makes them look like they are doing something suspicious.

If they were shopping for anything to facilitate their crimes in any way, then why bounce around from Walmart to Walmart? Why not, like you said, set up an online anonymous account or at least go out of state to more obscure stores?

The fact that there is no DNA from GW4, leads me to suspect his will be a circumstantial case. In other words, there will need to be overwhelming evidence of the things he did before and after April 22, 2016.

The exception being if they can tie the gun silencer or parts to make a silencer to him.
Amateurs don't think enough about the evidence they leave before they commit a crime. They are worried about evidence at the crime scene and getting rid of their clothes and weapons after the crime etc...

Jake's DNA will be all over the 2 Rhoden homes he shared with Hanna so it's a moot point unless his DNA is on the victims or on a weapon or on other obvious things from that night.

Sorry, I'm getting off subject, just speculating....:cool:

TY CC. IMO, the choice of boots was all about the tread..
 
Did the accused have help in the eavesdropping department? I really do not see any one of the as clever enough to hi-jack cell-phones or a computer. Anything beyond an un-encrypted baby monitor would be beyond their capabilities.
 
I watched some silencer video's on You-Tube (My expert source) and it looks to me like a Walther p-22 or a Ruger Mark 4 target, with bull barrel, would have fitted the bill for the weapons. With sub-sonic ammo, They are quiet enough to hear the slide recoil back and chamber the next round over the sound of the gunshot. All this with a silencer made of plastic pipe, some flanges, screen wire and epoxy.

What are you talking about? They’d not show themselves on camera making multiple trips to Walmart. Multiple trips to coschocton Walmart including the day before the murders. Coschocton is over 2 hours away, they’d better have a good reason for what they were doing. IMO Angela didn’t think LE was smart enough to acquire Walmart video from Walmart’s outside of the area

You nailed it Loomis, the evidence clearly states that when it comes to the 4 styles of boots listed in evidence, they are looking at the TREAD of the boots. And yes, the tread and also size would matter to the Wagners.

I wonder if there was at least a partial bloody footprint left at Chris Sr's?

The Wal*Mart register ticket will show a lot. Did they buy anything else? Were they mission driven to bet these boots? How did they pay? Were the boots bought at the next store on the trip available at a previously visited store? I assume the boots were not found.
