The condo thing is odd. If you look up the address on the Stark County auditor website, the Snider's are never listed as the owners. But even so, Philip apparently left the condo shortly after, which in this case raises some red flags for me... if Bobby was murdered there, I'm sure any evidence will now be long gone. I really hope they have an air tight case already.

I don' t have any particular reason to think this is Bobbie, since no details have been released yet (Age, Race, Gender, etc). Bobbie just happened to be the first case I thought of and I remembered that the Tennessee River is a tributary of the Ohio: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ohio_River

But it would be unlikely (IMO) for her to travel in the rivers all the way from Memphis without getting hung up on something sooner... Then I mapped the distance from Hartville to Wheeling Island: https://www.google.com/maps/dir/Har...40c838f413!2m2!1d-80.7339144!2d40.0715867!3e0

It's not exactly on the way to Memphis, but the Ohio River is closer to Hartville than the Tennessee River. I was thinking it would make more sense for PS to dispose of Bobbie's body before the long trip. He might have been truthful about some of the things on how he disposed of her because he was asked to take a polygraph. But he would also want to lie about which river he put her in so if they searched they wouldn't find her. JMO.

Hoping this person that has been found will be ID'd swiftly and that Bobbie will also be found soon.

The casino at Wheeling Island is a very common day trip for many from this area of Ohio.

This is giving me the goosebumps! Honestly, I hope that it is Bobbie, so that she can have a proper burial and send off.

Hi, LostInAustin. So sorry your request has not received a reply. It has been a very convoluted case from the beginning. However, I'm terrible at 'nutshell versions' of anything as I tend to ramble. :eek:

Others might still jump in and give you a concise summary, but until then it's probably best that I refer you to the link below from April 20.

It's not very lengthy, and I believe they do a good job of summarizing the case up to that point from when Philip was then arrested. ( He is now going through the legal process. )

There is a short video too in which the reporter describes much of the case.

Above is the online case docket for Stark County, Ohio. Entering Philip's name I was able to access the online summary of his case which shows that the Pretrial that was scheduled for today has been rescheduled for May 21 at 08:00 a.m.

I tried to link that summary page here but that site will not allow it to be done. If anyone else is interested too in reading that summary, this is the way I got to it.

In the link above, I put Philip's name. It pulled up three different cases and dates filed under his name. I clicked on the case number for the last one, filed 4/27/2018.

That brings up a page with his name, stating he is the defendant. I clicked on 'View Charges' at the top right, which pulled up his charges of Gross Abuse of Corpse, Tampering with Evidence, and Aggravated Murder.

I then clicked on 'Docket' at the top of the page. It pulls up the summary of the court activity so far on his case from the arrest date.

The charge listed at the top of that summary page is only for Abuse of Corpse. It doesn't include the other two charges of Aggravated Murder and Tampering with Evidence, even though those charges are both mentioned in the narrative there in the court summary.

I couldn't find a separate court summary page for those other two charges, I assume then they are all included on that one page. Wonder why only the Abuse of Corpse charge is listed at the top of that summary page? Perhaps someone with legal expertise can explain it all.

At any rate, I hope my directions are not too confusing. Just wanted to share the news that the Pretrial has been rescheduled for May 21.

I'm so impatient to see the outcome of this case, but I know the legal wheels of justice will turn at their own pace...

Thanks justchrissy47, yes, I did get to that page. I'm so sorry I didn't make it clear. Click on 'Docket' at the top of that page, and it will bring up the court summary page I described. ( The one that states the Pretrial has been rescheduled for May 21. )It is then on the court summary page where only the Abuse of the Corpse charge is listed at the top.

Yes, that's what I was wondering too, because the case number does show all three charges.

But thank you for this! I'm so glad you could link the page. For whatever reason I could not do so. There was no option to allow it. I'm not the most tech-savvy person though at all. So there must be another way I wasn't aware of.

At any rate, I really do appreciate your follow-through on this...
