*Status Conference Hearing (murder charge) – (@ 9am CT) – OK - Basher Burks (27) & Ashley Easton (30) (July 10, 2017, Oklahoma City) & Searra Howe (20) (missing Aug. 19, 2017, found Oct. 25, 2017, Midwest City) & James Steven Knowles (57) (missing since Oct, 2017 & presumed dead) - *Mario James Normore (27/now 30) charged (9/28/18) & re-arraigned (10/29/19) on 4 counts of 1st degree murder & 10 counts of robbery with a firearm. Plead not guilty. No bond.
Trial was set to begin on 11/1/21 continued with no further dates.
*Charged (12/13/19) with assault & battery upon a detention officer.
Charged (4/27/20) with possession of contraband by inmate/shank. Will not be keeping track of this charge.

10/28/21 Update: Murders: Trial on 11/1/21 has been continued. Next status conference hearing on 11/29/21, 1/18/22 & 8/25/22. Call docket re trial issue on 8/29/22. Assault: Next pretrial conference hearing on 11/10/21. 11/10/21 Update: Assault: Next pretrial conference hearing on 9/7/22.

1/18/22 update: Murders: Defendant not brought over due to refusing to test (covid). Status conference hearing is continued to 5/3/22 @ 10am. Defendant to order transcript for motion hearing from 5/20/21. An additional status/motion hearing is set for 6/23/22 @ 9am. Call docket hearing on 8/25/22 & Jury trial to begin on 8/29/22.
 
@Sincerely - wondering if there might be another court hearing date posted yet? IF there is one before the 6/23/22 one.

@Niner I just don’t get how it can take so long. Even with covid they had options. You’re never bugging me. Please remind me if I take a bit to respond. Because I probably just missed it.
