    What was the underwear made from? I don't own a pair that is air tight.

    It may have been your regular cotton underwear, but pulled that tightly over someone's head and neck could smush (yes scientific term, lol) up their nose and mouth and suffocate them... really I'm just guessing here, but it makes sense in my mind.

    I admit I've never worn underwear on my head, but I'm breathing through my T-shirt as I type this. The tighter I draw the fabric, the easier it is to breathe through it.

    Of course, I don't have a head wound...

    In 'atomic wedgie' case, Oklahoma man pleads guilty to manslaughter
    An Oklahoma judge will decide the prison sentence in July for a McLoud man who
    caused the death of his stepfather when he gave him an &#8220;atomic wedgie&#8221; during
    a 2013 fight. Brad Lee Davis, 34, has pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter.
