It was in his friend, Kaden Pressy’s interview with the two police officers, very near the end.Where are you getting your information from? I'm sure I'm not the only one that would like to see a link to your source. Thanks.

It's an understatement to say you took one for the team!!!What a wild ride! I fell down the rabbit hole last night and binged the entire Partners In True Crime podcast series (12 or 13 episodes) about this case and have read all the news articles I could find on this as well. The Daily Mail has the best coverage with links to videos and voice clips, fwiw.
Interesting that Jack and Noah weren't sleeping in the living room with the rest of the guys. Then just shy of 2 hrs later not only is Noah dead, but the person that was one of the 2 guys NOT in the living room sleeping when Kaden's mom called is the guy who finds Noah dead. Something just doesn't sound right to me.At 3:20, Kaden’s mom calls him to say she has his cousin and he falls back to sleep right after, noticing 3 of the other boys sleeping in the living room with him, but not Jack or Noah.
The next time stamp is 5:15 when Kaden hears Jack enter the house saying that Noah is dead. [snip] Jack’s phone records shows a 5:53 text to his dad saying, “I’ll meet y’all at the lake".
Why in the world wouldn't either truck call 911 after coming upon a dead and mangled body like that? They turn onto Hwy 81 and see two vehicles stopped ahead, one in either direction – a semi truck and a specialty work truck with a crane or something attached to the back of it. The driver of the specialty truck steps forward and tells the boys they should leave, so they do, thinking that 911 has already been called. But it hasn’t. Upon their return to the house, Kaden remembers the front porch is wet like something was hosed off.
WTH??? WHY would they drive up and remove his shorts, and then drive off? What in the world what the purpose of that?! And a better question... Just who were they? And 2 in uniforms? Huh?? Removing his shorts and STILL not calling 911? WHY?? I hope they figure out who they were.At the scene, the details are murky again but several allege that the specialty truck is soon joined by an another truck with 3 occupants, possibly the black pickup that police put an APB out on later. One gets out of the passenger seat, runs over to the driver’s side for a moment and then approaches Noah’s body and begins removing his black shorts. The 3 men leave in the truck but not before the semi driver takes a choppy video of what just unfolded. The 3 men leave in the truck but not before the semi driver takes a choppy video of what just unfolded. It supposedly shows 4 men around Noah – two are in uniforms of some sort, like firemen or police.
So the family members were informed just before 6am-ish. I'm thinking they weren't awake at that early hour but I could be wrong. Either way, they'd need to get dressed in street clothes which adds at least 5 minutes or so after being notified.Soon after, another driver pulls over to assist and calls 911. This is the 5:53am 911 call. [snip] It’s about dawn at this point and one of the girl’s family has just arrived. The mom says she was notified by her daughter and it took about 45 min to get there. (For reference, dawn is at 6:42 am and sunrise at 7:06 that morning.)
So just when did Jack go to bed?!? I'm thinking it wasn't before 3:20am when a lot of the guys were sleeping in the living room, and he had driven back from the scene to tell everyone he was dead at 5:15, or 5:53 when he contacted his dad. So WHEN did Jack go to bed? I don't think he did IMO. Not from what I know of the timeline.Oddly, Jack’s phone records don’t. It shows a 5:53 text to his dad saying, “I’ll meet y’all at the lake. Can you bring me a hat please. Someone messed with mine after I went to bed”.

The family members are not the only people who find that odd.The American flag tank top Noah wore that weekend was taken by Jack/Jack's family and somewhere along the line, cut into pieces and given to Noah's friends to remember him by. This was without Noah's family's knowledge or consent, which they found odd.
If it was JN that removed Noah's shorts, then he must have been in the black pickup according to the notes taken in THIS post, as the OP of that post "binged the entire Partners In True Crime podcast series (12 or 13 episodes) about this case and have read all the news articles I could find on this as well.". One of @calo44's notes:Makes it sound like there hiding a possible sexual aspect 1) maybe between noah and one of the girls what caused one or more of the guys to attack noah/defend the girl or 2) between noah and one of the guys in which they attacked noah out of shame? Or opinion 3) jack removed the shorts to protect noah this is all just my own opinion
Yes I did read that also its been mentioned a few times that Jack was the first to say noah was deadIf it was JN that removed Noah's shorts, then he must have been in the black pickup according to the notes taken in THIS post, as the OP of that post "binged the entire Partners In True Crime podcast series (12 or 13 episodes) about this case and have read all the news articles I could find on this as well.". Which leads to the question... just why in the world would he want to take Noah's shorts off? That is just so odd.Yes I did read that also its been mentioned a few times that Jack was the first to say noah was dead
Or maybe one of JN’s relatives, maybe? If it was JN that removed Noah's shorts, then he must have been in the black pickup according to the notes taken in THIS post, as the OP of that post "binged the entire Partners In True Crime podcast series (12 or 13 episodes) about this case and have read all the news articles I could find on this as well.". Unfortunately unless someone says something highly unlikely at this point were probably never find outWhich leads to the question... just why in the world would he want to take Noah's shorts off? That is just so odd.
Even crazier that the shorts were washed and returned to the family.Which leads to the question... just why in the world would he want to take Noah's shorts off? That is just so odd.
Some evidence they may have wanted washed away ?Even crazier that the shorts were washed and returned to the family.
Yeah thats the bit what made me think of the sexual aspect as why would you remove then wash the shorts of a dead person unless your trying to hide something doesn't make senseEven crazier that the shorts were washed and returned to the family.
I agree!Unfortunately unless someone says something highly unlikely at this point were probably never find out
He also had serious fractures to his skull and neck.I agree!
Personally, I thought he fell off the ATV in the early morning and it may have rolled on him and crushed him, leading to those internal injuries. I think it was like 10 broken ribs, 2 broken shoulder bones and his heart had a laceration that was indicative of crushing (vs. blunt force) as per Joseph Scott Morgan's Body Bags podcast. I thought they brought him home and cleaned him up and then placed him on the road to make it look like an auto accident as they just didn't know what else to do.
When I was reading everything I could about this case, little things were popping up here and there that were debunking my theory. I'm left not having any idea at all except that it just feels like a "crushing" type of impact to his torso vs. an impact or beating.
I know a lot of the kids who were at the party that weekend have relatives in the police force and/or positions of power in that town so maybe they're being instrumental in slowing down the investigation, but that's just my opinion. Idk, I've never lived in or even known a small town like this - only what I've read in the news and such.
Removing the shorts sounds really odd to me unless maybe there's someone else's blood on them, some other DNA or mud or something indicative that pointed away from a vehicle pedestrian crash? The girls saying they fed him but that food not being found in his stomach during autopsy was odd as well. I believe they found "brown fluid" in his stomach, but idk if maybe he threw up the ramen and yogurt and this was all that's left or if the story of the meal wasn't quite the truth.
I believe that they found that 2 cell phones traveled from the party house to the crime scene and back that night (Daily Mail article) but no more word on any additional cell phone records. I'm guessing they have them though, right?
I’ll just throw this out there too and see what you all think…He also had serious fractures to his skull and neck.
There was one extensive skull fracture running across his head, 'splitting the middle base of skull into two', and two smaller ones, with police investigators describing his head as being 'caved in'. The large fracture is known as a 'hinge type' for its distinctive shape. Presgrove also suffered damage to a muscle on the side of his head, which is used for chewing.
Presgrove's C1, C2, C6, C7 vertebrae were fractured to varying degrees and C1 was displaced with his head being pushed forward from his spine - indicating a seriously broken neck of the same kind that people who are executed by hanging suffer.
