Sounds like some info. is missing.
"Police believe ...." ?
They're not sure ?
I'm assuming her mother has custody.
Has Oaklee's dad spoken out yet ?

Last seen by whom ?
And 1/19/23 is a long time for this child to be missing.

Something is hinky, imo.
Hope they're both found soon.

Obviously the girl is not 6". That error will likely be corrected soon.

Does Madison have a significant other?

Is Madison herself safe? (Article above states “IMPD’s release did not say whether mother and child are believed to be in danger, or the circumstances behind their disappearance.)

Who or what is the Indiana connection?

“On Thursday, January 19th, 2023, Oaklee Mae Snow left Cromwell, OK for Indianapolis, IN with her mother. On February 9th, 2023, her mother stated to the father that she dropped the child off anonymously at a hospital in Indiana. Oaklee has not been found. Madison “Maddi” Marshall took both Oaklee and her brother Coleton to Indianapolis. On February 10th, 2023, CPS located Coleton but not Oaklee. The man they were traveling with, Roan Waters had an active felony warrant in Oklahoma and was taken into custody in Colorado. The mother was located in Harnett County, NC and arrested but will not reveal the location of Oaklee. She could be anywhere from Oklahoma, Colorado, Indiana, or surrounding areas. If you see Oaklee or have any information regarding her whereabouts, please contact the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office at 405-257-5445 or the IMPD Missing Persons Unit at 317-327-6160.”

“I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy,” said Zack Snow, Oaklee’father. “I’ve been on my phone day in, day out. I mean, you know, contacting and trying to find somebody that might know where she’s at.”

According to Seminole County investigator J.T. Palmer, the toddler’s mother, Madison Marshall, left Cromwell with Oaklee and her and Snow’s 7-month-old son, Coleton, and eventually took off to Indiana with her ex-boyfriend Roan Waters. This happened around Jan. 19.

“They were with their mother,” said Palmer. “She has custody. There is no court orders and there was no proof that they were in danger.”

Palmer says according to authorities in Indianapolis, on Feb. 9, witnesses saw Oaklee being carried out of what he was told was a “crack house.”

“They described it as she was either asleep or unconscious. She wasn’t moving,” said Palmer. “She was wrapped in a blanket.”

Marshall allegedly said Oaklee was hurt and needed to go to a hospital, which is where she claimed she was taking her.

“We have no knowledge of where she’s at, we just know that she did not make it to the hospital that night,” said Palmer.

“No hospitals had any record of Oaklee ever being turned in,” added April Kelley, a close family friend.

Meanwhile, Palmer said Coleton was abandoned on the house’s couch. Thanks to someone there calling authorities, the 7-month-old was picked up by CPS and is now in Snow’s custody.

"Oaklee was a happy baby," recalled family friend April Kelley. "She has the biggest eyes and she's beautiful. She has the best smile."

Zac Snow said he heard that Marshall dropped their daughter off anonymously at a hospital in Indiana after the 2-year-old had some sort of medical emergency. Meanwhile, Coltan Snow was left in a home by himself, but someone found him and called Child Protective Services, said Zac Snow. Colton has since been returned to his father.

Zac Snow said he called as many hospitals as he could find, but no one knew where his daughter was. Zac Snow said he filed a missing persons report on Feb. 9. Since then, the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department has been handling the case.

Oh boy, this stinks to high heaven. :(

Photos of Oaklee were given to KOCO 5 by the child’s father here in Oklahoma. Investigators said Marshall was last seen with her two children in Indianapolis in February, carrying Oaklee out of a home.

"They described that she was either asleep or unconscious. She wasn’t moving. She was wrapped in a blanket and the mother made the comment, ‘I got to get her to the hospital. She’s been hurt,’" Palmer said.

Palmer said he was told by Indianapolis that the mother had left the 7-month-old behind.

"That’s when she left with Oaklee to say she was taking her to the doctor she never came back. These people called the police at Indianapolis and said, ‘hey, we’ve got her 7-month-old that’s been abandoned here. Would you come and get it?’" Palmer said.

After this, Marshall and her ex-boyfriend, Waters, went to Colorado. That was where Waters was arrested for outstanding warrants based in Okfuskee County.
