I'm not sure how we missed this guy. What a terrible statement!! "He's addicted to child abuse." And he's done time before for sexually abusing a small child. They never ever change.

Monmouth [OR] man, 36, sentenced to 66 years for massive collection of child porn
    February 23, 2012

"A Polk County judge sentenced a 36-year-old man to nearly 67 years in prison today in one of the biggest cases of child pornography in Oregon. David E. Klinepier amassed more than a million images and videos depicting children being sexually abused...."

    and

"...He pleaded guilty to 20 counts of encouraging child sex abuse in the first degree and already has a felony conviction. In 2000, Klinepier was sentenced to six years and three months in prison for sexually abusing a 10-year-old girl. He entered prison on Oct. 24, 2000 and was released on Dec. 11, 2006. "He's addicted to child abuse..."

    and

"...The 36-year-old, who worked as a baker at a bagel shop, apparently spent a lot of his free time downloading and sharing images via peer-to-peer networks, [Detective Curtis] Pitt said. "He told me that as soon as he got off post-prison supervision, he downloaded porn..."

    and

"...Klinepier will not be eligible for early release, virtually ensuring he'll spend the rest of his life behind bars."
