I knew I had folded jeans with that logo! Both my son and my daughter have had element jeans in the past. The brand started out making wheels for skateboards and then grew into other areas such as apparel from there.

There was a young man who went missing last year sometime in OR. I need to find his info and share it because his pics seem to fit someone who would hold this kind of style. Be back!

    I like that possibility ...

The brand of jeans is more for the skating culture right? I know Vans are popular with them ... so the sweatshirt or hoodie made me think in this direction ... but really anyone could just like the style :)

Last seen in a brown sweatshirt .. was the Vans sweatshirt tan? Wonder if the pants are jeans or long denim shorts? That would match his last seen in outfit

James Bilbro has a police record ... but charges I found are from 2009 .. but still, maybe he was caught up with the wrong people, or was running from the law for some reason?

Well, this UID was found near La Pine, it makes more sense to be JB than MR. Since MR's car was approx. 100 miles away from LaPine when found

Just email the contact in NAMUS, good luck! I do agree it's more likely to be JB.
