    Missing since October 4, 1993 from Roseburg, Douglas County, Oregon.

    •Date Of Birth: April 11, 1964
    •Age at Time of Disappearance: 29 years old
    •Height and Weight at Time of Disappearance: 6'1" (185 cm.); 195 lbs. (87 kg.)
    •Distinguishing Characteristics: White male. Brown hair; blue eyes. Donnell may have a mustache.


    Circumstances of Disappearance
    Donnell was last seen leaving his residence on Christensen Lane in Roseburg, Oregon on October 4, 1993. He had a domestic disturbance with his wife at the time. Donnell has never been heard from again.

    His 1991 black Nissan pickup truck with an extended cab was discovered abandoned three weeks after his disappearance. Donnell's vehicle was located at the first jetty in Winchester Bay, Oregon. There was no sign of him at the scene.

    Donnell is originally from Oakridge, Oregon. He was previously employed in the food service and forest products' industries. He also enjoys fishing and hunting.

    I was 13 at the time he went missing, but I remember watching the news with grandparents and they had really nothing to go on. I think at one point the police thought he may of used suicide as a way out from where his car was found. Since then I haven't heard a thing about it. Nothing not even when our news do cold case shows. Very sad that its been that long and seems like our police are pretty much not doing a thing.
