A recon was recently posted at namus for this 2004 case https://identifyus.org/en/cases/full_report/8264 Probable year of death 2003 to 2004 Estimated postmortem interval 1 Years Circumstances Location Found Address 1 Mile Marker 243 Off Hwy. 97 Address 2 Near Collier State Park City Klamath Falls State Oregon County Klamath Circumstances of death Skeletal remains found 10 meters north off of forest service road 9730-040, by Collier State Park in Klamath County, Oregon. Remains were those of an African American or Native American female.
One possibility right off even though she went missing a bit before the 2003 death estimation: Lisa Briseno http://www.charleyproject.org/cases/b/briseno_lisa.html. I'm wondering exactly where her car was later found?

Tynesha Chilton missing from San Francisco, CA since November 1, 2002. Family has not heard from Tynescha since 2002. At the time she went missing she had an older boyfriend. She did not share any information about her boyfriend with her family. http://www.charleyproject.org/cases/c/chilton_tynescha.html https://www.findthemissing.org/en/cases/18077/ 'sample submitted - tests complete'
I think Lisa Briseno and Alemtsehay Atsebeha are probably too old if we are trying to fit in with the death estimate. Minnie Taylor doesn't have a wide enough nose -- see comparison: Here is a closer comparison for Tynescha Chilton: As you can see from the top right pic compared to the pic on the left, I think her nose is too different too. Here are some comparisons for Lisa and Alemtsehay, just in case. Alemtsehay: Lisa:
Irene Kouame is thought to have been a runaway http://www.charleyproject.org/cases/k/kouame_irene.html. Latoya Thomas http://www.charleyproject.org/cases/t/thomas_latoya.html could have possibly left on her own accord and later met with foul play or may have been abducted, her car was found abandoned near a bus station.
Missing Person Case I really feel that Angela Fullmer missing from Northern Calif dec 2002 resembles the native American composite, She is listed as caucasian on Namus, but her photo really resembles the native American composite drawing in my opinion... She I believe was 34 at the time of her disappearance. I submitted her for comparison. She went missing under very suspicious circumstances.
The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs) Keyshia Graham – The Charley Project These are the only two possibilities I could think of. Are they certain of the PMI?
I came here to suggest Lisa. Her age falls within the estimate but the PMI would be longer - I don't have a problem with that, since the remains were skeletal and had no hair, presumably they had been there a while. Yes I wondered too - see my comment above re: the condition of the remains
