Ouch! Australian reporter finds his day in LA packs a punch

    Well, you can probably see what's about to happen to here. This reporter's covered stories in some dangerous places and situations, but probably never thought danger would smack him in the head from choosing a peaceful Venice Beach scene in LA, as the backdrop to his report.

    Watch the video at the link, it's positively painful. Don't worry though, Mike Amor is a tough Australian. He's good, he says at the end....while clutching his head.

    Ouch! I watched the film clip, the reporter was lucky the broad base of the skateboard hit his head, not the side of the skateboard. If he had been hit by the side of the skateboard, I think it could have caused an injury. I think it hurt anyway!!
